Assignment
A savings bank was to replace a current system- and service supplier with a new. The goal of the project was to make sure the transition was completed in time and on budget and with a limited negative effect on staff and customers.
Project scope
Addsight was assigned with the program leadership plus the project management of many of the central projects. The program was an extensive change initiative that affected 120 systems, new internal work processes for all employees, several educational programs, negotiating and signing legal agreements with more than 100 external parties, testing at all levels (including integration and acceptance testing with external partners). In total the program included 7 projects. At its peak it involved 500 project members from 50 different suppliers.
Results
