Assignment
A change project within the Bank & Finance industry where our client was to replace its total business system and at the same start collaborating with other banks. The goal of the project was to secure the performance of processes, products and services during and after the migration.
Project scope
The project was divided into four sub projects:
- Acceptance and conversion testing of all processes and products.
- Education of all staff members.
- Requirement specifications and implementation of a new intranet.
- Management of process and product projects.
Process and product owners were the main specifiers of requirements. Input was also gathered from co-workers in the organization. A check list including all necessary tasks was created in order to secure processes, effects on customers and internal plus external communication. The process owners approved the content and extent of the task list and gave the go/no go recommendation to the appointed steering group.
Results
- All deliverables were delivered according to initial plan.
- Deployment and the subsequent stabilization period exceeded client expectations.
- Addsight has been entrusted with new projects.
