Infrastructure project in the banking industry

Assignment

Our client was a big supplier of bank systems with more than 120 banks as its customers. The assignment was to merge the systems of two different operating suppliers into one logic system. We also had the responsibility to secure several Internet exposed systems and to replace the client platform for all users.

Project scope

After having conducted a pre study Addsight was appointed the assignment of project management. One part of the assignment was the procurement of a new WAN-supplier. Another was to introduce new and safer WAN-connections with all offices of the 120 bank customers. Besides extensive work on infrastructure, network, fire walls, AD etc. we also developed system specific software needed for the systems to meet new and more extensive security demands.
